Comic relief

Comic relief is a resource to relieve tension in a situation, often in a horror movie, by using a humoristic character or scene. I laughed while watching the film of Sleepy Hollow, because in some scenes there were  humoristic moments. I remember a moment where the sister of the crazy witch was doing strange things and talking in a weird way.

Suspense

Psyco is a film directed by Alfred Hitchcock in 1960. The main characters of this film are a women and the owner of the motel, the murderer. In this film some of the tecniques used were make the film in black and white because the director thought that the color would be too distracting. Also the soundrack is specially innovative and affective.

Gothic Novel

The gothic novel was invented by Horace Walpole. He wrote "The castle of Otranto" in 1764. It's considerate the first gothic novel because it has all the elements of this genre. It was published in the same year it was written, in 1764. The elements of horror I hadn't in my list were suspens, visions, supernatural criatures, castles, trees without leaves, dark sky, kids, creepy laughs, surprises and anger

Is my dream possible?

My dream is to win an Oscar for Making-up. I want to be a makeup-artist and work in horror films, or films basically. My hero is my grandmother for her persistence and perseverance, and her goodwill to do the the things that she wanted to do. My intelligences are lingustic, interpersonal and intrapersonal which are quite good for this job. I think that my dream is possible because if I'm good at it and I work hard and I enjoy doing it there's nothing that can stop me.

My Intelligences test

I agree with my intelligence test because it says that I have intrapersonal intelligence, and that's very true. Also, I think I have more interpesonal intelligence and more visual/spatial intelligence than the test says. I'm good at listening my friends and understanding them. I'm very bad at maths, but at the same time I think I have more logical intelligent.
I don't really like the careers that are related to my intelligences, but I don't know yet what I want to be.

The northen lights

The northen lights (also known as aurora borealis) are caused when the sun releases particles that sometimes travel to the Earth. Here, the particles are captured by a magnetic field that's in the atmosphera, that drives them towards to the polen regions. This makes the particles shine in different colors, like green or blue.

I would like to see the northen lights in live. It has to be really beautiful and pretty. See them in live is actually in my bucket list.

My hero

My hero is a woman I met when I was very little. She was all happyness and love, and everyone loved her very much because it was imposible not to adore her. She was the best cooker I've ever met. She was a very cultivated woman, she studied to be a nurse in England and she became one. She married her fiance, and then they came back to Spain to have their daughter, my mom.
I look up to her because she hadn't an easy life at all, but she loved so much my mom and me and my brother and she did everything possible to let us know how much she loved us. She was always playing with me and my brother, and I remember sometimes when my mother or my father weren't looking, she gave us chocolate or candy and we ate it together in the kitchen secretly. This woman was my grandmother.
